years ago, when we began assembling the team that
has become maxIT Healthcare, we had two key goals
in mind. Our first goal was to contribute to the
success of our health care clients implementing
advanced clinical information technology. These
clinical systems aid in reducing medical errors,
promoting patient safety, and streamlining the delivery
of healthcare. Health care providers may not have
adequate expertise or capacity to evaluate, design,
build, test, and deploy these systems. We wanted
to address the shortage of expert application support
in the health care environment. The demands of installing
advanced information technology place stress on
health care provider employees already busy with
daily operations and can be overwhelming to their
departments. maxIT wants to serve as a critical
support line to help reduce the burden that these
complex implementations can bring. This is done
by providing experienced clinicians with information
technology backgrounds to serve in the areas they
are needed most. |

second goal was to provide a supportive company
culture. We believe that people work for someone
else because they have to, not because they want
to; but if you can create an environment that feels

have been significant changes in our industry. Documented
clinical outcomes that must improve with the aid
of modern information systems and unacceptable rates
of medical errors have all changed the landscape,
putting the industry on notice. Looking for new
profit opportunities, large public corporations
have acquired our competitors looking for bigger
profits by raising rates to health care providers.
There will be other new entries into our market
which would indicate that competition will get even
stronger. maxIT is ready for that challenge. Our

price. To our consultants, we promise to deliver
a positive culture where they can reach their professional
potential, achieve work/life balance, and be financially
